Teodora Fileva

Teodora Fileva is the Tenant Relations Manager at Serdika Offices, bringing over 16 years of experience in the office space market. Before joining NEPI Rockcastle in 2022, she was part of Cushman & Wakefield Forton, where she worked with some of the market’s most prominent tenants and investors, including Huawei, Visteon, Kostal, and Amadeus.

Today, she is responsible for developing tenant relations at Serdika Offices and plays a key role in building the community within the complex. At the core of this approach is the understanding that the value of an office is defined not only by the space it offers, but by the way it facilitates people's daily lives and supports the growth of companies. It is precisely this model that makes Serdika Offices a preferred business address, with over 9,000 sq. m of office space leased in the complex over the past year alone, and more than 800 new employees joining its community.
