Cătălina Toma Roșu

Catalina Rosu is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Win Advisors, a crafted hospitality investment and development advisory firm, and Win Hotels, a third-party hotel operator working through management and lease structures, both based in Bucharest, Romania.
She has over 19 years of experience from which 15 years in corporate roles for Accor Group. During her last decade within Accor Hotels, she focused on hotel development across Eastern Europe, particularly Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Moldova. She worked on numerous mixed-use projects and was named as a European champion in branded residences development.
Over her career, Catalina has negotiated and signed more than 60 branding and operating agreements across different brands and business structures. Since co-founding Win Advisors three years ago, she has advised on projects totaling more than 10,000 rooms across Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Moldova. Her work includes large mixed-use developments combining hotels, traditional and branded residences, private residences, serviced apartments, aparthotels, resorts etc, always with a holistic approach towards the entire process.
